E' stato un soggiorno bellissimo - anche se era soltanto una notte. La stanza mi ha ispirato a riorganizzare i mobili a casa mia. Insomma, tutto era perfetto e quando andro' ancora a Roma conosco un bel paese da soggiornare!!! Grazie a voi!!! Saluti da Vienna, Katharina

We will definitely recommend B&B360 to our family and friends. We had a great stay. B&B360 is a very pleasant place. It is nicely furnished and conveniently lo***ed at walking distance from major Rome attractions, in an area where Romans live. The place has a nice terrace which we would definitely want to try in the summer. We loved B&B360. Our hosts gave us a warm welcome, and followed up on whether all of our needs were met. This is a B&B lo***ed on the 3rd floor of a small apartment/office building in a quiet street only a few hundred metres from the Vatican with the metro, taxi rank and bus stops nearby. The area is called Prati and is a pleasant non-touristy mix of residential tree-lined streets, good restaurants and a wide range of shops. Our room was really nice and very quiet - all three of the rooms were renovated a year or so ago and have been furnished in a modern minimalist style - ours had a very comfy king-sized bed, an LCD tv, mini-bar, room safe and a window looking onto an interior courtyard - but even so the room was light and airy and really sunny in the afternoon. There is central heating (you can control the radiator) and a modern and quiet wall-mounted a/c unit - again with your own control. And there is wi-fi as well if you need it. The en-suite bathroom was small with a shower rather than bath but was spotlessly clean. There is a small breakfast room adjoining the roof terrace or you can have breakfast brought to your room. Breakfast was great - far more than we could eat (ham, cheese, bread, croissants, cereals, juice and freshly made coffee). The roof terrace is really nice - a little oasis of peace and quiet with a sitting area and full of plants and flowers. However to get to it you have to go up some stairs in the reception office of the B&B which is locked if no one from the B&B is there. The owners Guilia and Massimo were really friendly and helpful. Giulia speaks good English and Massimo is learning! They lent us a guide book, recommended restaurants, made sure we were happy with the room and breakfast and really worked hard to make us feel like valued and welcome guests. It is a B&B of course so don't expect 24 hour room service/amenities.

Je reviens tout juste de Rome où j' ai passé 1 semaine pour affaires. J'avais donc réserver dans le BB 360 pour 7 nuits. J'ai été très contente de mon séjour, non seulement à cause de la propreté et de l'ambiance du lieu mais également par l'accueil personnalisé que Gulia, notre hôte, nous a fait. Un grand merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Quant au Bed and Breakfast, je vous le conseille vivaiment car il est très bien situé et en plus très bien desservi par le bus et le métro. Alors, peut-être à une autre fois. Isabelle
