If you want to walk outdoors, you can choose to go to one of our beautiful parks, like Villa Ada, Villa Adriana and Villa Borghese with its characteristic Bioparco, a big Zoo near Piazza del Popolo.
If you want to move out of the center, you can take the metro (open till evening) and visit others characteristic areas of Rome.
For example, you can take the subway, line A, up to metro exit "San Giovanni", here you can admire the beautiful Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, the first of the four Papal Church and the oldest in the West. The Square is known for its vast size, is often used for the organization of cultural events, exhibitions and concerts.
